Wire Harness Assembler - New Sharon Location | Weekend Shift (Schedule: Fri - Sun 5am-5pm)

Job Title: Wire Harness Assembler | New Sharon location

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt; hourly starting rate $17.50/hour

SUMMARY Fabricates and assembles electrical harnesses following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assembles machine electrical harnesses according to print, written instructions, and established shop practices.
• Uses machine or hand tools to cut wires to correct length and strip insulation.
• Crimps and solders terminals to wires.
• Splices wires using ultrasonic welder or soldering iron.
• Lays out, routes, and connects wiring to various connectors and electrical components.
• Maintains organization and upkeep of work areas.
• Performs additional tasks as required.
• Works in a safe manner at all times, following all safety guidelines.
