Wireless Functional Safety Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Program Manager with a solid background in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS). This role requires both deep technical understanding and strong program management capabilities to align engineering teams, manage customer expectations, and drive programs from development through customer qualification.
–_x0001_Key Responsibilities:
1._x0001_Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for wireless chipset programs, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, customer requirements, and milestone schedules.
2._x0001_Identify, track, and mitigate program risks; own gate review processes and escalation paths to management and stakeholders.
3._x0001_Provide clear, data-driven status reporting to executives and stakeholders; maintain program dashboards and issue tracking
4._x0001_Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams and global locations.
5._x0001_Establish and continuously improve program management processes aligned with industry standards and best practices.
6._x0001_Serve as the primary interface between internal engineering teams and external customers/partners; translate technical requirements into actionable program plans.

Requirements

–_x0001_Master’s degree of EE/Communication/CS related.
–_x0001_8+ years proven experience in a technical role within wireless industry.
–_x0001_Excellent organizational and communication skills, with proven cross functional management
–_x0001_Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary programs through silicon validation and customer qualification
–_x0001_Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority
–_x0001_In-depth understanding ASPICE, ISO26262, ISO21434, or automotive related standards will be a plus
–_x0001_Experience working with global teams and customers will be a plus
Education: Master's Degree
