Wireless Network Architect
Summary
Define 5G/5.5G network strategies, engage regulators and operators, and drive marketing to promote Huawei’s wireless solutions in Tashkent.
Duties:
- Analyze wireless industry trends, regulatory policies, and market developments to define regional wireless network strategies and strengthen engagement with governments and regulatory authorities.
- Identify operators’ network evolution trends, business requirements, and key drivers for wireless network development to support market segmentation and strategic planning.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and activities to promote 5G/5.5G solutions, generate business opportunities, and accelerate regional network evolution.
- Drive key and strategic wireless projects by developing competitive technical and commercial solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with mid- and senior-level operator customers, providing strategic guidance on network evolution and promoting Huawei’s wireless solutions.
- Introduce new wireless products and solutions, share best practices, and enhance the technical capabilities of internal teams through knowledge transfer and enablement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in wireless network R&D, solution architecture, or technical sales, including at least 5 years in customer-facing marketing or solution sales.
- Strong knowledge of wireless network technologies, industry standards, market trends, and competitive solutions.
- Proven ability to develop end-to-end wireless solutions and support the successful delivery of strategic projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging operators, regulatory authorities, and senior customer management.
- Strong marketing, business development, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements, project support, technical summits, and industry events.
- Fluent English is required; Russian language is an advantage.
Working conditions:
- Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
- Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
- Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
