Our highly renowned client is initiating a major Warehouse Uplift project alongside the innovative Augmodo initiative and are looking for a high-caliber Wireless Network Engineer who specialises in Ekahau.
Reporting to the Network Team Lead, you will take ownership of the wireless landscape. Your primary mission is to use Ekahau to design a bulletproof predictive model for large-scale warehouse environments, followed by hands-on configuration of the underlying wired infrastructure.
Key Deliverables:
- Ekahau Design: Perform comprehensive predictive wireless placement for warehouse sites, accounting for racking density, high-ceiling attenuation, and RF interference.
- Project Uplift: Assist the transition from legacy setups to high-performance environments.
- Network Integration: Configure and manage the switching fabric to support the new wireless design and ensure routing requirements are met.
- Validation: Conduct post-deployment surveys to ensure the "as-built" environment hits all performance KPIs.
- Wireless expertise (Mandatory)
- Ekahau: Deep experience in Ekahau is essential.
- Experience with Juniper Mist OR Aruba Central
- You must have a proven track record of designing predictive models for enterprise environments.
