Wireless Support Engineer
Salary: $25,000 – $35,000 per month
About the role
Provide on-site support for enterprise Wi-Fi and network services.
Key responsibilities
Monitor network equipment and perform daily health checks
Handle user enquiries and tier 1 troubleshooting
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and maintenance
Maintain event logs and support documentation
About you
2+ years of Wireless / Network Support experience
Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, Router, Switch and Network Troubleshooting
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
Willing to work shift hours (16:00 – 00:00)
