Wiring/Assembly Technician

A hands-on role installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment at customer sites, troubleshooting issues, and supporting field service operations for food production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues using schematics, diagrams, and testing equipment.
- Follows standard operating procedures and safety guidelines and established procedures to complete assigned work.
- Maintains accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Communicates with customers to provide updates and technical support during service visits.
- Maintains tools, equipment, and assigned company assests.
- Participates in training to stay current with new technologies and products.
- Adheres to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism with internal and external Customers.
- Assists with inventory management and preparation of service materials.
- Assists in commissioning and testing of new equipment installations.
- Collaborates with other technicians and engineers to resolve service issues.
- Supports continuous improvement efforts in field service operations.
