กำกับดูแลและประสานงานกิจกรรมของทีมผลิต ทีมคุณภาพ ทีมวางแผน ทีมสินค้าคงคลัง ทีมขาย และทีมอื่นๆ
ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าตารางการผลิตเป็นไปตามกำหนด และผลิตภัณฑ์ได้รับการผลิตตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพสูงสุด
ติดตามกระบวนการผลิตและดำเนินการปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดของเสีย
ฝึกอบรม ให้คำแนะนำ และประเมินผลพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อให้มั่นใจในประสิทธิภาพการทำงานที่ดีที่สุด
รักษาสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ปลอดภัยและสะอาดโดยการบังคับใช้ระเบียบและขั้นตอนของบริษัท
ร่วมมือกับแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการทำงานราบรื่นและแก้ไขปัญหาการผลิตใดๆ
จัดทำและดูแลรักษารายงานและบันทึกการผลิต
ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัย

ผู้สมัครต้องสามารถพูดภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้

Oversee and coordinate the activities of the production team, quality team, planning team, inventory team, sales team, and other teams.
Ensure that production schedules are met and products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing company rules and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any production issues.
Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Candidate must speak Thai and English language.
