WM BA - Data Conversion / Functional Consultant

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years as a business analyst or functional consultant in warehouse management systems
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS, including its inventory, receiving and order data structures
• Working experience with Manhattan Active WM, either implementation or upgrade
• At least one full-cycle WMS data conversion or cutover, covering inventory and open transactions
• Strong SQL skills for data profiling and reconciliation
• Solid understanding of inbound flows: purchase orders, ASNs, receiving, returns
• Experience writing mapping documents, business rules and test scenarios
• Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders and warehouse operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP integration to a WMS (purchase orders, ASNs, goods issue, acknowledgements)
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical products distribution, including lot and batch control and quarantine handling
• Familiarity with MAWM REST APIs and data loading approaches
• Experience on multi-site WMS rollouts
• Exposure to onshore-offshore delivery models
