WM Tech Lead / Conversion Architect

Role & responsibilities

Key Requirements:-
12+ years of experience in data engineering, WMS technology or data migration, with 3+ production migration/cutover programs Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS, particularly inventory, locations, purchase orders and ASNs Working knowledge of Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) data structures and available data ingestion/load mechanisms Proven experience designing end-to-end data conversion architecture Extract Transform Validate Load Reconcile Expert-level Oracle SQL and strong Python skills for data processing and transformation Experience building restartable, idempotent and auditable data pipelines Ability to establish source-to-target mappings, business rules, data lineage, audit controls and reconciliation frameworks Experience leading mock conversions, performance testing, cutover planning and production go-live Strong ability to work with client architects, functional leads, MAWM, MDG and SAP integration teams Ability to assess and recommend the appropriate MAWM loading approach, including APIs, import services or approved staging mechanisms

Preferred candidate profile

Prior WMOS MAWM migration/conversion experience Experience with MySQL and Google Cloud Exposure to SAP EWM / SAP integrations, including IDocs and MDG Experience with large-scale or multi-DC WMS transformation/conversion programs
