Blue Yonder WMS Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Analyst to play a key role in the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a Warehouse Management System.
Acting as a link between Warehouse Operations, IT and external partners, you will support the successful WMS transition before moving into BAU support and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Blue Yonder WMS.
• Conduct gap analysis between warehouse processes and WMS/ERP capabilities.
• Investigate and resolve WMS integration and interface issues.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, including system testing and UAT.
• Support warehouse processes across inventory, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
• Assist with WMS data migration and operational readiness.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide ongoing system support and incident management.

About You

• Strong Blue Yonder WMS experience, including implementation and transition into BAU.
• Experience integrating Blue Yonder WMS with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes.
• Experience with warehouse automation and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working across IT, operations and external vendors.
