WMS IT Administrator

Job Description: - Manages the software and technical infrastructure responsible for warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, order fulfilment, and barcode scanning. - Manage day-to-day operations of the WMS application - Maintain integrations between WMS, ERP, and other systems - Provide Level 2/3 support for WMS-related issues. Troubleshoot system errors, integration failures, and user issues

Qualifications: - Open to Asian nationals, aged 38 years old and below - Hands-on expertise with Infor WMS (Cloud or On-Prem), with a strong grasp of warehouse operations and supply chain workflows - Experience working with warehouse technologies, including RF scanners, barcode systems, and printers - Background in 3PL, retail, or e-commerce environments, with exposure to automation systems such as conveyors and robotics
