WMS Program Manager
Summary
Senior leadership role owning the enterprise WMS roadmap and directing large-scale, multi-site Warehouse Management System implementations (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM) across a client's global distribution network. Day to day: lead rollouts, manage cross-functional teams and integrators, standardize best practices, and report program health and ROI to executives.
SIBIOS is seeking a Senior WMS Program Director to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems across our client global distribution network. This is a senior leadership role for an executive who has directed large-scale WMS transformations end-to-end — from vendor selection through multi-site rollout and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Own the enterprise WMS roadmap, aligning technology investments with supply chain and business strategy
- Lead complex, multi-site WMS implementations and upgrades (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or similar platforms)
- Direct cross-functional teams spanning IT, operations, engineering, and third-party integrators
- Drive standardization and best practices across distribution centers
- Report program health, risk, and ROI directly to executive leadership
What You Bring
- 15+ years in supply chain technology, with 10+ years directing large-scale WMS programs
- Proven success leading full lifecycle WMS deployments in high-volume distribution environments
- Deep expertise in at least one major WMS platform (Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, HighJump, etc.)
- Strong executive presence; experience managing budgets and teams of 10+
- PMP or Six Sigma certification a plus
