Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily woods operations.
Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
Inspect crafts to ensure cleanliness and service quality.
Train staff on proper crafting methods and safety procedures.
Manage manpower, work schedules, and attendance.
Handle client feedback and report operational issues to management.
Job Requirements
Relevant cleaning or supervisory experience preferred.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Able to manage and supervise a team of cleaners.
Knowledge of wood crafting and making of boxes
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Willing to work overtime when required.
