Wood Section Laborer

About the role

Are you looking for a stable opportunity where your effort and skill are valued every day? At Randstad, we are looking for a committed Laborer, with initiative and a desire to be part of a team fundamental to our client's operations.

What you'll do

-Assist the carpentry team or specialized personnel in daily tasks that require manual support or physical effort.

-Loading, unloading, and supplying wood, components, and raw materials to the assembly lines.

-Perform low-complexity preventive maintenance tasks on machinery (sanders, saws, drills, etc.) such as cleaning, greasing, and adjusting simple components.

-Collaborate actively with technical personnel on more complex repairs and installations, ensuring the correct functioning of the factory's infrastructure.

-Organization and basic stock control of tools, carpentry consumables, and maintenance materials.

-Support in the packaging, strapping, and preparation of large or bulky orders.

-Maintain the order and cleanliness of the warehouse, continuously removing wood shavings, dust, and waste.

-Ensure a safe working environment, strictly complying with occupational risk prevention regulations specific to the wood sector.

Nice to have

-We will positively value having education at the Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) level or intermediate vocational training in technical areas (wood, mechanics, etc.), although it is not essential.

-Experience in the sector is valuable.

What you'll get

-The salary is 12.28€ gross per hour.

How you'll work

-The schedule is rotating: from 6:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00.
