WOODCRAFTER LEADER

You will serve as a WOODCRAFTER LEADER in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT (970) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

You will utilize information from blueprints, sketches, and work documents to plan and execute the sequence of work tasks.

You will maintain close observation of all work operations and assure proper adherence to procedures and guidelines.

You will perform journeyman level woodcrafter work.

You will ensure workers have the necessary plans, procedures, blueprints, instructions, and tools to perform their work operations.

You will provide on the job training for workers, and correct improper woodcrafter methods.
