Job Summary
The Woodstone Aquatic Supervisor is part of an incredible team working at our indoor/outdoor pools. In this fast paced, positive and fun, team-oriented environment, the Woodstone Aquatic Supervisor assists in overseeing day to day operations on the aquatic floor, while monitoring guests and staff to ensure safety protocols are upheld. They are also responsible for the upkeep and monitoring of the aquatic pump rooms. In addition to giving excellent customer service, while providing our guests with a remarkable experience in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Required
- Must be at least 16
- Must maintain current American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor certification (will train upon hire)
- Must maintain current American Red Cross LG/CPR/AED/FA with Waterpark and O2 administration
- Possess strong leadership and customer service qualities
- Must have mechanical ability or capable of learning
Preferred
- Experience working in an aquatic pump room (will train upon hire)
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with guest of all ages
- Previous supervisory experience and/or strong leadership skills
Typical Schedule
Days:
Some flexibility with days and weekends and times of day. Schedule may vary some from week to week. Holidays required as needed.

Varies, including evenings
Compensation:
Pay: $15/Hour
