√ Core Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of WordPress, alongside hands-on experience with Elementor and WooCommerce.
√ Development Basics: A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
√ Performance Optimization: Practical knowledge of website optimization strategies and basic SEO principles.
√ Workspace Needs: Excellent communication skills, a highly independent work ethic to meet tight deadlines, and a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities:
√ Web Development: Develop highly responsive, user-friendly WordPress websites and maintain existing sites.
√ Customization & E-commerce: Customize themes and plugins based on specific project requirements, and build/maintain WooCommerce platforms.
√ Optimization & Maintenance: Troubleshoot bugs, fix technical issues, and optimize websites for speed, SEO, and security.
√ Collaboration: Partner with the broader team using online collaboration and communication tools.
