Description
Engagement: W8BEN Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hrs/ Week
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Own WordPress dev, UAT, and production releases, access controls, backups, uptime, and security.
? Manage credentials, API keys, token renewals, indexing controls, and incident response.
? Maintain Horizon listings, maps, portal, deal-flow forms, and Salesforce-to-site data sync.
? Deliver website content updates, reusable page templates, SEO, analytics, and scorecards.
? Scope vendor work, confirm acceptance criteria, manage Asana requests, and track delivery.
? Document release and access SOPs, train staff, and shape the website improvement roadmap.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
? 5+ years managing production WordPress sites and dev/staging workflows.
? Experience with PHP, JavaScript, themes, plugins, and REST APIs.
? CRM website integration experience; Salesforce strongly preferred.
? Strong English communication; CRE or finance industry experience a plus.
