WORK PROGRAM/STUDENT

TITLE: Work Program/Student
POSITION OBJECTIVE: To gain exposure to US manufacturing processes as a Mechanical Engineer through a one-year internship program. Help to produce the highest quality product meeting the customer specifications through safe operation of all equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a current college student enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering field
Fluent in English communication (both oral and written) required
Good analytical skills preferred

Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans and coordinates production procedures in Industrial plant
Directs production departments. Regulates and coordinates function of the press area.
Introduces efficient production line methods
Initiates and directs procedures to increase company out-put
Any reports such as budget, production and/or downtime as needed by operations manager

Any other tasks as designated by operations manager
