Summary
Supports Workbrain/Kronos Workforce Management systems with production troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system upgrades while coordinating with HR, Payroll, and vendors.
This role is for one of Weekday’s clients
Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 3500000 (ie INR 20 - 35 LPA)

About the role
- Experience: 5+ years in Workbrain/Kronos or Workforce Management systems
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system enhancements.
- Strong experience in Workbrain/Kronos, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll integrations.
- Handle requirements gathering, testing, UAT, release upgrades, and deployment support.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, vendors, and global technical teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
