  • Facilitate requirements sessions, solution reviews, and working meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Help clients evaluate alternatives, identify potential risks, and make informed decisions about their Workday environment.
  • Take accountability for functional deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and issue resolution within your area.
  • Establish strong working relationships with client teams and communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to other consultants while contributing specialist knowledge to the wider team.
  • Assist with project planning, effort estimation, proposals, and other business development activities.
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery methods, tools, and internal consulting practices.
  • Participate in post-production support or optimization activities when required.

  • Experience independently owning functional deliverables or a significant area of an implementation.
  • Ability to lead requirements discussions, explain complex concepts clearly, and influence client decisions.
  • Strong consulting skills, including problem solving, stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and senior stakeholders.
