Workday Change Management Manager
NewBe an early applicantTransforming Technology. Empowering People.
Technology projects succeed when people succeed.
At Avaap, our Organizational Change Management team helps government agencies, transit organizations, and colleges and universities navigate some of their most significant transformations. We partner with leaders, project team members, and employees to help organizations embrace new ways of working, adopt new technologies, and realize the full value of their investments.
We're looking for an experienced Workday Organizational Change Management Manager to join the team.
This is more than a project delivery role. We're seeking a trusted advisor, change strategist, mentor, and collaborative leader who is passionate about helping both clients and colleagues succeed.
In this role, you'll serve as an OCM Lead and OCM Architect on Workday implementations, guiding organizations through complex transformations that drive readiness, adoption, and long-term success. You'll partner with executive sponsors, project leaders, managers, and employees to ensure the people side of change receives the same attention as the technology itself.
Beyond client delivery, you'll help shape the future of our practice. We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching and developing talent, sharing lessons learned, contributing new ideas, and helping elevate those around them. If you find fulfillment in mentoring consultants, building confidence in others, and creating an environment where people can do their best work, you'll fit right in.
The ideal candidate brings:
- Workday certifications
- Organizational change management experience supporting Workday ERP implementations
- Experience leading complex client engagements and advising senior stakeholders
- Experience within government, transit, or higher education organizations
- Workday Student experience (preferred)
- A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and developing people
What makes Avaap different?

We challenge ourselves to continuously improve our approaches, experiment with new ideas, and find better ways to create value for our clients. We believe great solutions come from collaboration, curiosity, and a willingness to learn from one another. While we take our clients' success seriously, we also believe work should be engaging, rewarding, and fun.
If you get excited about helping organizations become ready, willing, and able to embrace change, enjoy developing the next generation of consultants, and want to make a meaningful impact for government, transit, and higher education clients, we'd love to hear from you.
Come help us transform technology while empowering people.
