About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Workday Configuration Specialist to join an established team responsible for the ongoing development and configuration of the Workday platform. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to translate HR requirements into scalable Workday configurations, contribute to Agile sprint deliveries, and support the continuous optimization of HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong Workday HCM expertise who enjoys delivering high-quality configuration solutions in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Join an existing team responsible for the development and configuration of the Workday system
Configure Workday solutions based on business requirements
Participate in two-week sprint cycles and deliver assigned tasks according to the team's schedule
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement configuration changes
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Workday configuration (rather than solution architecture)
Practical knowledge of Workday HCM and HR processes
Previous experience as a Workday Engineer or Workday Configuration Specialist
Strong expertise in Workday HCM, with additional specialization in other Workday modules considered a plus
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and delivering work within sprint cycles
Ability to independently configure and implement changes within the Workday system
