- ALL CANDIDATES: MINIMUM of 7 years experience. - **Systems Analyst Mandatory Qualifications (each requiring 7 years experience):** - Designing and implementing real-time and batch integrations (PeopleSoft, Workday, third-party). - Developing and managing integrations using iPaaS platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Workday Cloud Connect). - Developing error-handling mechanisms, logging, and performance optimizations. - Providing strategic guidance for cloud migration and modernization of legacy integrations. - Collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants. - Conducting regular performance assessments and tuning of integration processes. - Collaborating with stakeholders for requirements and technical support. - **Oracle PeopleSoft Certification REQUIRED.** - **Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED.**
