Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a Workday Finance Support Consultant within the IT Services sector. Responsibilities
- Facilitate and execute month-end financial closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Lead the testing and implementation of Workday release enhancements to improve system functionality.
- Identify, resolve, and manage data mapping discrepancies, including error handling and data reprocessing tasks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex business process issues and security configuration challenges.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining comprehensive documentation of processes and solutions.
- Provide ongoing production support for Workday Finance modules to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) operations.
- Manage incident lifecycles, performing thorough root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of technical failures.
