Summary
Consultant implements and oversees Workday HCM deployments for clients, acting as the main client contact and coordinating teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Location: Remote (Denver)
Pay Rate: $80.00-$83.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary client point of contact, facilitating client and project meetings, coordinating cross-functional solutioning efforts, managing risks and issues, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring timely decision-making across the program.
- Provide the day-to-day oversight, coordination, and support that serves as the client's safety net, helping maintain momentum and ensuring a successful deployment.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate possesses strong Workday HCM expertise but, more importantly, excels at client relationship management, executive communication, and delivery leadership.
- Seeking 10+ years of experience, Workday HCM cert required. Degree preferred not required.
