Configure and support Workday HCM systems for global HR teams, troubleshooting complex issues and advising on best practices in a RUN environment.
WORKDAY HCM EXPERT (N2/N3)
Start date: Beginning of June
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Hours: FT
Location: Saint-Ouen (Hybrid: 3 Days On-site mandatory)
Languages: Fluent English (International context) and be able to work in French, but necessarily be native of fluent. B2/C1 level is necessary
Travel: limited to Saint-Ouen or exceptionally to some other location in the Parisian area for specific workshops
Interview: one short screening interview with client then one interview with the end client this week or the next.

Technical Requirements
- 7+ years (min 5 years) of Workday HCM expertise.
- Advanced mastery of Business Processes (BP) and Security Groups.
- Strong knowledge of HR domains (Recruitment, Talent, Payroll).
- Expertise in Level 2/Level 3 (N2/N3) RUN mode support.
Preferred Certifications
- Workday HCM Core (Mandatory/Highly Preferred)
- Workday Business Process Fundamentals.
- Workday Security Fundamentals.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead configuration of complex Workday processes and repositories.
- Gather and critically analyze functional requirements from global teams.
- Provide N2/N3 level support and troubleshooting in a RUN environment. Workday N2/N3 Support & Configuration Expert
- Ensure system integrity and alignment with HR best practices.
