Workday HCM Functional Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Functional Analyst to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday HCM and will play a crucial role in supporting our HR processes through effective system management and user acceptance testing (UAT). As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring the Workday system, and ensuring that the system meets the needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and document business requirements for Workday HCM. - Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules to align with business processes. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure it meets user needs. - Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of the Workday system. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM functionalities. - Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements to ensure optimal system performance. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules and functionalities. - Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, preferably in an HR environment. - Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) methodologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
