Job Title: Workday HCM Senior Manager
Location: Chicago, Dallas, or Philadelphia (Chicago is ideal)
Onsite Requirements: Hybrid / Local to one of the listed markets
Compensation Range: $205K + depending on experience

• Our client is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Senior Manager to join and help build a growing HCM consulting practice.
• In this leadership position, you'll have the opportunity to work across delivery, client engagement, solution strategy, and practice development.
• You will work directly with enterprise clients to understand their workforce needs and translate those requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• You'll provide senior-level guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle while helping clients maximize their Workday investment.
• The ideal candidate brings strong consulting experience, deep Workday knowledge, executive-level communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Must Have Requirements:

• Recent, hands-on Workday HCM implementation experience
• Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM
• Experience with Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent
• Experience leading enterprise Workday projects and client-facing workstreams
• Ability to facilitate client workshops and translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions
• Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, testing, data conversion, and integrations
• Proven experience conducting fit-gap assessments and developing recommendations for complex client requirements
• Prior consulting experience working with enterprise organizations
• Strong client relationship management and executive communication skills
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including demos, proposals, presentations, and solutioning
• Ability to operate at a senior leadership level while remaining comfortable getting into the details when needed
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help develop and grow a Workday HCM practice
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a strong focus on client success
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and engagements in a consulting environment
