Workday HR Consultant (m/f/d) (Freelance/Service Agreement)

We are looking for an experienced Workday HR Consultant (m/f/d) to support Flix on a project basis through a service agreement collaboration. The consultant will provide expertise in designing, optimizing, and implementing HR solutions using Workday and related HR systems. The collaboration will involve working with Flix stakeholders, external partners, and project teams to support efficient processes, seamless data flows, and automation across HR technology platforms.

Scope of Services:

• Analyze the existing HR technology environment and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Lead technical project activities independently, including coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Provide functional and technical consulting support for the implementation and enhancement of processes using Workday, Greenhouse, and related systems
• Support system and user acceptance testing activities, including documentation of results and recommendations
• Provide expertise for further development of the Workday environment, including configuration enhancements and solutions supporting business growth

About You

• Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant in implementation and support projects
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting
• Experience analyzing, optimizing, and implementing HR processes in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Experience delivering consulting services within HR technology projects
• Knowledge of additional Workday areas is an advantage, including Compensation, 3rd-Party Payroll Integration, Talent & Performance, Absence Management, and Workday Integrations
• Professional proficiency in English
