Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to join the HRIS team across EMEA. You will configure, test, and implement changes in Workday HCM, design business processes, and lead requirements gathering with HR and partners.
The role reports to the Manager, Workday and supports Absence/Time-Off, Compensation, Performance/Talent, and Recruiting modules. You should have 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, strong HR process knowledge, and proficiency in reporting and Excel.
Configure, test, and implement system changes and enhancements across the Workday HCM platform. Design and maintain Workday business processes and configurations to support evolving business needs. Lead requirements gathering and prioritisation sessions with HR and business partners. Manage configuration requests and build relationships with stakeholders across Capri Brands. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide end-user support as needed. Maintain Workday structures including supervisory organisations and EIBs. Develop and deliver reporting requests and present insights to stakeholders. Lead or support HRIS projects including configuration, testing, and process improvements. Partner with HR to conduct recurring audits ensuring data accuracy and compliance across EMEA. 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and system support. Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality. Experience with reporting, data analysis, and Excel. Experience with Workday business processes, calculated fields, or advanced reporting. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
