Workday Integration Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrating Workday with various systems, utilizing tools such as Studio, EIB, Core Connector, and Web Services. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and other enterprise applications, particularly in the areas of HCM, Financials, Payroll, and PSA. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using various tools and methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Maintain documentation for integration processes and provide training to team members as needed. - Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices to enhance integration capabilities. Required Skills: - Strong expertise in Workday integration tools such as Studio, EIB, Core Connector, and Web Services. - In-depth knowledge of HCM, Financials, Payroll, and PSA modules within Workday. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Experience in project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
