Workday Recruiting Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting business processes, including job requisitions, candidate management, and offer management.

- Gather business requirements from HR and Talent Acquisition teams and translate them into functional Workday solutions.

- Configure recruiting workflows, candidate stages, interview processes, approvals, and notifications.

- Manage career sites, job postings, candidate questionnaires, and recruitment security roles.

- Support Workday Recruiting integrations with third-party recruitment systems and other HR applications.

- Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes and improve system efficiency.

- Ensure recruitment data accuracy, process consistency, and compliance with business requirements.

- Support Workday releases, system enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives.

- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting configuration, implementation, or support.

- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, job requisitions, candidate management, and offer processes.

- Experience configuring candidate stages, interview workflows, approvals, notifications, and business processes.

- Knowledge of career sites, job postings, candidate questionnaires, and Workday security.

- Familiarity with Workday integrations and third-party recruitment systems.

- Experience with functional testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Strong requirement-gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with end-to-end Workday Recruiting implementations or enhancement projects.

- Exposure to integrations with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR applications.

- Experience supporting Workday releases and recruitment process improvements.

- Workday Recruiting certification is an advantage.
