Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year
Requirements:- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting, including Prism, Discovery Boards, and Dashboards
- Strong knowledge of other reporting tools, especially Power BI and MS Office connectivity
- Excellent data skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptable to changing demands and priorities
- Well-developed influencing skills with internal colleagues and partners
- Develop and deliver system reporting and UI outputs for Workday and other enterprise systems, including standard, custom, and advanced reporting
- Apply design, development, and governance controls to reports, dashboards, data models, data definitions, and data logic
- Ensure reporting outputs are consistent, accurate, and auditable
- Partner with SMEs and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, insightful outputs
- Champion automation, standardisation, and best practices

This is a key role in shaping our system reporting and user interface within our enterprise platforms, predominantly Workday. You will gain hands-on experience with support from experienced specialists and have opportunities to develop skills across Prism Data Warehouse, Extend Apps, Build Agents, Reporting and Dashboards.
