Workday Talent Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain Workday Talent Management modules, including talent reviews, performance management, career development, and succession planning.

- Gather business requirements from HR teams and translate them into effective Workday functional solutions.

- Configure performance review templates, feedback processes, goals, competencies, and talent assessment workflows.

- Support succession planning, talent calibration, employee development, and career planning processes.

- Manage business process configurations, security roles, reports, and dashboards related to talent management.

- Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing production support and enhancements.

- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve talent management processes and ensure data accuracy.

- Support Workday releases, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.

- Assist HR teams with system adoption and the effective use of Workday Talent Management features.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Workday Talent Management configuration, implementation, or support.

- Strong understanding of performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.

- Experience configuring performance review templates, goals, competencies, feedback processes, and talent assessment workflows.

- Knowledge of Workday business processes, security roles, reporting, and dashboards.

- Experience with functional testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Ability to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and prepare functional documentation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with end-to-end Workday Talent Management implementations or enhancement projects.

- Exposure to talent calibration, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

- Experience supporting Workday releases and HR process optimization.

- Workday Talent Management certification is an advantage.
