Openings in West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie, with a relocation package available if you're not local yet.
What you'll do:
- Independently manage a full workers' comp caseload, intake through resolution
- Handle depositions, mediations, and hearings on your own cases
- Negotiate directly with carriers and opposing counsel
- Build and execute your own case strategy
What you'll bring:
- Active Florida Bar license, in good standing
- 5+ years of Florida workers' compensation experience
- Confidence running your own docket without hand-holding
- Strong negotiation and deposition instincts
