General Characteristic (Job Summary)

Develop Construction Volume (CV) and Installation Work Package (IWP) schedule as per ISO-level along with subcontractor to issue Installation Work Package (IWP) and tracking the progress.

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitoring Installation Work Package (IWP) progress on MS Power BI.
Communicate with supervisor and subcontractor for each IWP status and tracking.
Check the Installation Work Package (IWP) schedule and inform to superintendent or site in-charge equivalent.
Reviewing Installation Work Package (IWP) for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinating Installation Work Package (IWP) execution with field supervision.
Modifying, reviewing or adjusting Installation Work Package (IWP) as necessary.
Check pre-requisite of piping work (i.e. Local Foundation, Local Platform, Structure, etc).
Check construction volume with superintendent or site in-charge equivalent and make 3D or 3-dimensional volume file.

Experience

Minimum 5 years Mechanical Construction experience with 2+ years planning experience.

Technical Skills / Competencies

Advanced in MS Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Data Tables.
Understand and utilize 3D model review tool (i.e. Navis work, UPV).
Understand MS Power BI tool.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Effective oral and written communication.
Problem solving and conflict resolution.
