We are seeking a dedicated Workflow & Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions to optimize business processes across various departments.
Experience range: 4 to 8 years
Key skills:
- Workflow development (BBM or equivalent BPM platforms)
- RPA hands-on experience
- BPMN modeling and process automation
- API integrations and backend connectivity
- Ability to translate business processes into workflow logic
Additional notes:
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of automation best practices
- Experience in SDLC and collaboration with business stakeholders is advantageous
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions using relevant tools and platforms.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and document automation requirements.
- Develop, test, and maintain scripts, workflows, or applications to automate repetitive tasks.
- Integrate automation solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to workflow designs and automation processes.
- Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and best practices to continually enhance process automation capabilities.
