- Min. of five (5) years' experience in a Workforce experience. 1-2 years managerial and/or supervisory experience
- Has end-to-end WFM experience from RTA to planning.
- Willing to work onsite (Makati)
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule if needed
- Tools: eWFM, Avaya CMS, NICE IEX, and such
- Should have handled 500-1000 FTEs in a Program
- Preferrable with experience in handling Telco program/s
