Are you a natural multitasker with a passion for supporting others and making a real impact? At New Hope, we’re looking for a dedicated Campus Workforce Manager to ensure that program locations are always staffed with reliable, compassionate team members.
In this vital role, you’ll coordinate staffing coverage across multiple homes and help maintain the high standard of care New Hope is known for.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and assign staff to fill program vacancies

Process staff call-offs and collaborate with managers to develop coverage solutions

Approve and track time worked, and report payroll metrics

Ensure consistent communication and alignment between workforce teams and program management
Qualifications:

Associate degree in human resources, human services, business, or related field; or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services, human resources, business, or related areas

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with computers; ability to learn and use scheduling software

Flexibility in work location and schedule as needed
