The role holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the workforce plan for one or multiple service lines, in partnership with the relevant Operations Manager.This will involve ensuring the workforce plan aligns with the company’s workforce strategy, driving all transactional activities related to workforce planning, managing contingent workers, including onboarding and offboarding, tracking the recruitment process, and working closely with Operations Managers to ensure workforce processes and policies are effectively implemented across the relevant service line(s).
• Understanding of workforce management E2E lifecycle and recruitment processes• Experience in the management of workforce plans and running processes to support the accuracy of those plans
• Ability to identity process improvements
• Develops and maintains long term relationships with highly critical stakeholders internally and externally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of the external environment – regulatory, political, competitor and market
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Proficient in MS Excel, ppt, word
