Key Responsibilities
You will support the team in:
- Assisting with workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Monitoring approved workforce establishment against actual staffing levels.
- Supporting headcount tracking, vacancy monitoring, and workforce deployment activities.
- Preparing reports, dashboards, and analyses to support workforce planning decisions.
- Collecting, validating, and analysing workforce data to support strategic planning.
- Contributing to projects that improve organizational readiness and resource planning.
- Supporting process improvements and maintaining accurate workforce records.
