The opportunity

We are looking for a senior integration architect with a consulting mindset who thrives in complex, client-facing environments. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design and implement work management solutions on the Workfront platform, bringing AI-driven automation and content supply chain thinking to make those solutions future-ready. Based in Bangalore, this is a high-impact consulting role with real scope to shape how global enterprises manage their content and marketing operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end integration architecture across Workfront and enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platforms
  • Design and implement AI-augmented workflows, replacing rule-based logic with intelligent, agentic automation
  • Architect Content Supply Chain solutions connecting work management platforms to content creation, approval, publishing, and analytics systems
  • Guide customers through pre and post-sales, translating complex integration needs into scalable, business-ready solutions
  • Drive data migration from legacy client tools and systems as part of broader implementation engagements
  • Collaborate with and influence delivery, pre-sales, and project teams on technical direction across engagements

What You Bring

  • 12+ years in software development with 8+ years in client-facing integration or implementation consulting
  • Hands-on experience with work management platforms (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and IPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workfront Fusion, or similar)
  • Practical AI experience including agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration
  • Background in Content Supply Chain, Martech, or digital marketing operations
  • Proficient in Java, Python, or PHP; JavaScript; SQL
  • Experience with enterprise systems of record and data migration
  • Strong communicator comfortable with executive stakeholders and technical teams equally
