Working Student (f/m/d) eLearning / Instructional Design

As a working student (f/m/d) in the eLearning / Instructional Design department, you will support our team in designing and further developing the IONOS Group’s digital learning offerings. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in the media-based presentation of content and help create effective learning experiences for employees and managers.
Tasks
- Support in the design and development of eLearning modules for employees and managers (e.g., compliance, HR, tools, processes, customer care).
- Collaboration on the media-didactic development of content and the creation of storyboards and prototypes.
- Assisting with the production of digital learning media (e.g., creating interactive elements, producing and editing short videos and graphics in accordance with the design system).
- Supporting the maintenance and administration of the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and the Learning Management System (LMS), e.g., uploading courses and maintaining content.
- Collaborate on the evaluation, collection of feedback, and quality assurance of learning offerings.
- Researching and testing innovative AI and automation tools to optimize the learning content creation process.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a degree program in Media and Education Management, Media Didactics, Media Education, Educational Sciences, Organizational Education, Instructional Design, Communication Design, or a comparable field.
- Basic theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of eLearning, instructional design, or digital media production.
- Interest in and basic experience with authoring and graphics tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, or common video editing tools).
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; ability to convey complex content clearly and in a manner appropriate for the target audience.
- A structured, independent work style and a service-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiasm for the further development of learning cultures and digital learning processes.
- Basic knowledge of topics such as digital accessibility or corporate design is a plus.
- You are currently in at least your second semester of your degree program and are interested in a long-term position as part of your studies.
- Work hours: 20 hours per week during the lecture period, with the option to increase this to up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks.
