Working Student (f/m/d) Global IT Support & Collaboration Tooling

Tasks
- You’ll collect and organize data for our large-scale migration projects—such as those related to IT assets, inventory, and device management.
- You’ll support our 1st and 2nd level IT support team with technical tasks and help streamline processes.
- You’ll actively work with our collaboration and ticketing tools—primarily Jira Service Management and Confluence—and learn how modern IT support management works.
- You’ll write small scripts and automation tools—ideally with AI support (Claude Code & Co.).
- You’ll gain real insight into exciting topics such as cloud infrastructure, AI-powered workflows, asset management, and Nextcloud.
Qualifications
- You’re studying a technical field (e.g., computer science—at a university or university of applied sciences)—proof of enrollment required.
- You have some experience with programming (e.g., Python)—you don’t have to be a pro; a willingness to learn counts more.
- You’re interested in AI and eager to try out AI tools in your day-to-day work. Some familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Atlassian tools is a plus—but not required.
- You speak good German and solid English.
- You have a hands-on mindset: You like to try things out for yourself and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- You can keep track of multiple tasks at once—you’re naturally organized.
