Working Student – Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Compensation: €20-25/hour + Performance Bonus

As an AI Software Engineer, you’ll work directly with the founders and engineering team to build products, ship features and leverage AI to accelerate development.

What You’ll Do
Build and ship new product features
Develop full-stack applications using modern technologies
Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve workflows
Prototype and validate new ideas quickly
Work closely with product and design
Help improve internal tools and automation
Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment

Passion for building products and solving real problems
Comfortable with AI-assisted development
Strong programming fundamentals in any modern language
Curious, self-driven and eager to learn
Strong problem-solving skills
Enjoys shipping products fast
Loves experimenting with new technologies
Nice to Have
Experience with Next.js, React or Node.js
Python experience
AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Personal projects or open-source contributions
Interest in Web3
