Working Student - Global Customer Care Ops. Excellence (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Support in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans and project management templates
• Maintenance and updating of databases, budget calculations, etc.
• Maintenance of the central Atlassian Confluence pages
• Support for new initiatives and projects
• Identifying and researching Customer Care trends and innovations
• Support in creating PowerPoint presentations, preparing workshops, etc.

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programm in Business Information Systems, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ideally, some initial professional experience through vocational training, internships, or similar
• Strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
• Excellent technical understanding and confident use of MS Office applications
• Teamplayer (m/f/d), proactive approach to work and a strong willingness to learn
• Very good written and spoken English skills
