At our Hamburg city office (opposite the Hamburg Michel) to support our medical simulation team we are looking for a:

Working Student in Product Management (f/m/d)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Data management of internal product information.

  • Support in maintaining product documentation (user manuals, product requirement documents, brochures) and organize the digital asset library.

  • Plan and organize photo sessions in collaboration with the responsible Product Manager. Select the best images and coordinate the publication with our internal marketing team.

  • Support the translation process of marketing materials in cooperation with the marketing team.

  • Support customer service by handling product-related inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, evaluating and repairing returned units.

  • Manage orders and return of test products or defective units between the office and warehouse.

  • Conduct keyword research to optimize product-related content for search engines.

  • Research and present useful tools to enhance our internal processes.

  • Market research to identify gaps and opportunities for our product lines.

Required / preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Current full-time enrolment at a German university.

  • Fluency in English. German or other languages beneficial.

  • You have good analytical and communication skills and enjoy working in a team.

  • Do you work independently and carefully? Great, that's what we need!

  • You are a digital native and willing to familiarise yourself with various tools and software.

  • Experience and interest in using AI tools.
