You’ll structure complex questions, analyze markets and competitors, and help drive strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to alternative assets and investing.

As a Working Student / Intern – Business Development & Strategy at Timeless, you will support the steering and delivery of strategic projects that shape the future of our collectible asset business.
You will work closely with our founders and senior management to structure complex questions, analyze data, and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations.
Your focus will be on comprehensive market and competitor research, preparing high-impact decision materials, and helping drive strategic initiatives from concept through to execution.
This role is ideal for someone with sharp analytical thinking, a highly structured way of working, and a genuine interest in alternative assets, collectibles, and modern technology. You will work at the intersection of finance, tech, and creative markets, gaining direct exposure to strategic decision-making and experiencing first-hand how a leading platform scales.

Your responsibilities
  • You support the steering and delivery of strategic projects, from concept through to execution.
  • You contribute to defining and executing our strategy and prepare the basis for decisions.
  • You structure complex questions, analyse data and turn them into clear recommendations.
  • You research markets, competitors, partners and the collectibles asset class.
  • You prepare and follow up on meetings: agendas, materials, next steps.
  • You work closely with the founders and senior management and take ownership of your own workstreams.
  • You are studying or have a background in business, management or a related field, preferably at a top-tier university.
  • You think analytically, work in a structured way and move things forward independently.
  • You produce sharp, well-argued analyses and presentations that get to the point.
  • You use AI tools and modern technology as a matter of course, to work faster and better.
  • You have a solid understanding of, or genuine interest in, collectibles as an asset class.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English.
  • Ideally, you are based in or around Berlin.
  • Direct exposure to a highly entrepreneurial environment at the intersection of collectibles and investing
