Working Student (m/f/d) Accounting Finance Processes
As a Working Student in Accounting Finance Processes, you will play a vital role in optimizing our global processes and supporting our Accounting team. You will have the chance to apply your analytical skills, gain hands-on experience with SAP systems, and contribute to our S/4 transformation project. - Analyze, optimize and document existing global finance processes
- Maintain master data in SAP FI and SAP MDG
- Assist in preparing the month-end closing calendar
- Support Accounting projects, including the S/4 transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process efficiency
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance
- Advanced studies in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Accounting (full-time enrollment)
- Practical experience in accounting or finance is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a networking mindset
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
